Chardonnay Pouilly-Fuissé is the most respected wine in southern Burgundy. It is aged in 228-liter oak barrels, which gives it aromas of butter and toast. Very pleasant already when young, with time it reveals other fine aromas.

Ideal with white meat, white meat sauces, fish and seafood. It is especially recommended with goat cheese.
